You can use our website to place orders to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales.
*Unfortunately, due to changes in shipping rates, we can’t process orders online to Northern Ireland. Please ring the Zoo on 0800 707 6567 to place an order for Northern Ireland.
Orders placed before 1 pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched the same working day.
Deliveries for UK mainland destinations are delivered the next day. All other UK destinations are delivered on a 2 to 3-day service.
We typically dispatch as follows:
