Yes, once you place an order you’ll receive an order confirmation via email with an attached PDF invoice.

Pallet sizes vary depending on which product you’re looking for.

For our top-selling 4 x 6″ Direct Thermal Labels (LZ101), there are 50 boxes (each box contains 12 rolls of labels) per pallet. Additional voucher codes may be available for multi-pallet orders.

When you add a product to your basket, it will calculate the delivery charge based on delivery to a major UK destination. Unfortunately, we cannot process orders to Northern Ireland online. Please ring the Zoo on 0800 707 6567 to place an order.

Thermal transfer labels require a printer with a thermal ribbon in order to print on them. Direct Thermal labels don’t require a ribbon, and are the most popular type of thermal labels. Check out our printer compatibility section to find out which of our labels are compatible with your thermal printer.

The paper used on the label products is PEFC-approved White 90gsm. We care about the world’s forests.

We take care to wrap and protect the products so that they arrive with you in perfect condition.

Shelf life varies from product to product, but all our products are good for a minimum of 1 year as long as they’re stored correctly.

Keep them dry and flat. There is information on storage on the box labels.

Moisture can cause problems with ink/toner adhesion in your printer. If you get them really moist, they will curl.

For thermal labels, keep them away from direct light or high heat, as this can trigger the thermal technology and make them discoloured.
